About these terms

These terms govern your use of mayrlabs.com.ng (the "Site"), operated by MayR Labs Technologies ("MayR Labs", "we", "us"), a company registered in Nigeria under registration number RC9662886.

By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is for

The Site introduces MayR Labs and the companies in our group, publishes news, writing and open roles, and makes our company profile, capability sheet and pitch deck available to read and print.

The products and services of our companies, such as Fera, LaunchPad and Moonlit, are provided under their own terms. Those terms, not these, apply when you use them or engage them.

Information on the Site

We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but its content is general information, not professional advice and not an offer. Descriptions of services, timelines and capabilities are indicative. What we deliver for you is set out in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides, and that document prevails over anything on the Site.

Using the Site

You may browse, read and print the Site for your own information and to evaluate working with us. You must not:

• use the Site in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected system, or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
• interfere with the Site's operation, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
• scrape or copy the Site systematically, except by search engines indexing it under the rules in our robots.txt;
• present our content, names or logos as your own, or suggest an endorsement we have not given.

Intellectual property

The Site and everything on it, including text, designs, graphics, the MayR Labs mark and wordmark, and the names and logos of our companies, belong to MayR Labs Technologies or our licensors and are protected by law.

You may share links to the Site and quote short extracts with attribution. You may share our company profile, capability sheet and pitch deck unchanged, for the purpose of evaluating MayR Labs. Any other use needs our written permission.

Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including those of our partners. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Links to our own companies' websites are governed by those websites' terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the Site available, but we provide it "as is" and may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. We are not liable if it is unavailable at any time.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, including liability for fraud.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, and loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, although we may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
